State Sales Managers

The main job of the State Manager is to set up the Marketing Network Centers in
his/her area and train them how to operate the system for each company that the
Center represents in the marketplace.
Each Center is to be located where there are 10,000 small business owners. See
Locations in this discussion Board and/or at 1348 Marketing Center Owners group
page on face book.
Each State area has a different number of Centers based upon the number of small
business owners that are in that State Manager's area.
Montana
has six centers in the state and one manager.
Los Angeles
, Ca. has 40 centers in the area for one manager which is the most for any area
covered by a manager. The Centers here are very close together where in
Montana
they are really scattered.
Based upon our goals for each Center area the commission would be:
(1 out of 10 Closing ratio for the Center for the year.) 1,000 Business Clients
listed by the center in the first year is the goal for each Center.
Assuming each Business Client averages having 6 employees that the owner list
for our services or 6,000 per Center area the first year.
Each Center agrees to purchase and deliver a copy of each of two four color
publications.
20,000 per Center @ $.10 each commission to State Manager = $2000.
Center agrees to set up outlets for 1000 copies per month after 7th month. $
100. per month per center.
Commission on each Business Client Statement Fee $1 each = $1000.
per month.
Commission on each Individual Client Statement Fee $1 ea. = $6,000.
per month.
Total commission based upon goals for each Center $7,100.
per month plus one time commission of 2,000.
This is the base commission structure to set up Centers.
Montana
example has only 6 centers times $7,100. = $42,600. per month
plus one time commission of $2,000 for first order of publications per center.
The Manager in some areas will want to hire an associate to help train Center
Owners and local Trade Ambassadors about special product knowledge needed to
market some items from the massive number of companies which will be listing
their products and services with us. i.e. New system for land enrichment in the
agricultural marketplace. These will be exclusive accounts to be marketed
through our system and Centers.
The LA Manager has 40 Centers times $7,100. = $284,000. per month.
Plus one time Commission of $2,000 per Center for first order of publications or
$80,000 for the required first sale.
The State Manager will also receive $2.95 for each subscription that is sold in
his/her area each year. Our goal is 50% to our regular clients or 500 of each
publication per center or $2,950. per year bonus for subscription sales per
center. That's $17,700 goal for
Montana
and $118,000. goal for the LA Manager.
Also a State Manager is permitted to become a Trade Ambassador under a separate
agreement and receive commissions from the Marketing Arm Company contracted to
provide this service. See Trade Ambassador pay plan.
The Key to earning these is to properly teach the system and continue to train
each new Client how to use it to get what they want with what they have. When an
individual Client goes on stand-by or not using the system or has no credits in
the system they don't have to pay the monthly statement fee and the $1 is not
paid to the Manager or the Center for that month. This is the reason constant
training of how to use the system is required to keep everyone happy and using
the system. There are multiple companies being set up to help everyone do more
with what they have.

any question about if it could be done” said Al Bass.
“I have always taught as a National Sales Director that without contacts you
can have no contracts”. We have set up a prospecting system that touches every
possible client multiple times which will build a relationship that is honored
and have formed a system where once they understand the benefits they could
never say no.
